I said that the Menace would be the last puzzle of the month. It was the truth - until Micah Sommersmith put out a mini that I needed to make a response to, due to a different angle being taken. Of course, this puzzle was also written before "Bad luck". Anyway, have yourself a good week and see y'all Friday with the first mini of June. When nothing seems to go right, go left!

A larger puzzle for today, and I think the last puzzle for the month. I have moving to do (and a house to clean), so my energy's diverted elsewhere for now. No worries, though, because I have June and July's puzzles ready to go. Feel free to @ me on Twitter (@haymarket_xws) if you liked this puzzle or not, or even livestreamed it.
I'll make an effort for the remainder of this month but do remember, when nothing goes right, to try going left. Fullscreen for those wanting it Word Count: 28 Average Word Length: 5.79 Black Block Count: 18 (18.18%)
Another dense puzzle today, with a couple of 3s but otherwise maintaining a high word length average. If you liked it or not, or even livestreamed it, lemme know on twitter (@haymarket_xws). Have yourselves a good weekend and, as always, when nothing seems to go right, go left!

It is Thursday evening. I have opted to put off celebrating my late mother's 64th birthday until Saturday and put some creative juices into yet another shitpost of a grid - an absolutely dense 5x with ten entries and no black squares. I'd say this one's on the easier side, but the fun's in the clues.
